Frank S Marsh abt 1894 Peckham, London, England Grandson Camberwell London
my first thought was for the second - then there's the one with a mother Elizabeth.......... well ! which one?
I'm torn between the 2!
The first one has the right birthplace and his mother has the right name. BUT the age is not quite right.
The second is the right age and the census address is Peckham. BUT no info on the parents!

Have found both families in 1891 and the plot gets thicker!
The second family (the Hemery family) have a visitor Sidney Marsh BUT they do not have a daughter called Elizabeth at home.
The first family father Robert Marsh and wife Elizabeth have a daughter called Cecilia, Frank is not yet born of course.
On balance looks like my Frank is from the first family given that his mother's name is stated to be Elizabeth Cecilia Marsh.
